Barbara Manning and the S.F. Seals: “Dock Ellis”

The first published song about Dock Ellis was written by Barbara Manning and recorded by the S.F. Seals in 1993 for Matador Records. Donnell Alexander was able to track down the music video and shared it with us the other week.

We’ve discussed Todd Snider’s 2009 song about Dock, ‘America’s Favorite Pastime’, but there have been at least six songs written about Dock. Can anyone name all six songs and the artists?
